Hello,

I have some questions about filling the forms for alien relative petition. I am married to a U.S citizen but currently I am on student visa in USA. He has to file petition for an alien relative form I-130. I am not sure if we have to fill any other form like I-485 Ajustment of status, I-864 Affidavit of support with I-130. We are living in Detroit, Michigan. Are we supposed to send all the forms to Chicago,IL USCIS office? Please tell me which forms we have to fill if me(alien relative) is in United States on F-1 visa? Are there any samples of the forms you have for this case?

Yes, you file all those forms together and send it to Chicago address.
