I made a green card petition (I-130) for my mother and it is in process. The petition was made for the option that the beneficiary is outside the US. Due to a family emergency, my mother applied and received a tourist visa and she will be in the US in couple weeks. My question is if I can change the I-130 to be for the beneficiary be inside the US or I need to start over the whole process. There isn't much info in the USCIS website regarding this situation.
