So I send my I130 for spouse visa for my wife to USCIS. My check was cut on August 8 2019 , today is August 30th 2019 so it has been 17 working days for USCIS. Still no email or post mail for the reciept has been received. Anyone know how long it is taking now and if anyone is having delays . Thanks
