Should I Apply Green Card Before My Spouse Become American Citizen.
My girl friend holds a Green Card. We are dating for a while now. She will become an American citizen in 2 year's time. At present she lives in the U.S and I live in Canada. We want to get married soon. After marriage we do not want to live apart. My question to you, is that better if she files for my green card now under her Green Card status or wait till she becomes an American Citizen.
