This is my first topic and i hope you will help me with your experiences.
im waiting for the interview. the question regarding sponsorship. my wife is US citizen and moved to US 1 year ago so she is working now. her last 6 paysub that we provided is above the limits( different part time jobs) but no tax filled because she lived abroad and salary was low.
to support this, we had a employment letter that she has been working at same company for last year and current income is 22k which is above the poverty limits. Do you think that it is enough for sponsorship because logically she fulfill the criteria to be sponsor except no taxes( low past income )
