Urgent Please help

My brother, his wife and two childern have thier immigrant visa interview on 05/19/2010 in Islamabad. One of child is turning 21 years on 05/20/10. I have notified NVC about his age, but they gave this interview date. Plase Some one tell me what to do? . If he truns to 21 he can come to USA or not?.

I believe he may have few months due to CSPA. So, it may not be an issue.
