  • Questions on medical records

    Hi,

I am planning to apply Green Card for my mother(she is born in 1948). I want to know what all medical records are needed. I do not have any childhood medical records of my Mother. I saw immihelp and it shows we need proof the following vaccines

I am not sure what kind of certificate I need to get for this from the doctor. I am not even sure if these vaccines where there at that time. For example: MMR(I searched on google and it mentioned it was introduced in early 1970's).

I do not want my mom to take all this now as I am worried it might cause some side effects. Can someone please clearly mention what certificate do I need to get from doctor for this age group.

    Thanks for the help.

Take whatever information or records you have to the doctor when she goes for the medical exam/vaccination.

They will look at the situation and determine what vaccinations would be suitable for her, by looking at different possibilities. Don't worry, she will be fine.

        Hi
Take all available medical documents and present to the doctor. The doctor will review and will give the necessary shot of vaccines that are suitable and requires immigrant visa compliances.there will not be any side effects as he will review the case.
Carry more money as he will charge seperate for the vaccines other than the fees listed for the doctor consultation.
