GC for parents

My parents are currently in US. I am applying GC for them. I am sending
I-130, I-485 together. I am sending I-864 and I-864 A and the medical recors form also. Do I need to notarize I-864 and I-864 A?
When I send the birth certificates of my parents, do I send the copies or the original? If I send copies, do i need to notarize?
