Hi All ,

I am US citizen and I applied immigrant visa (Form I130) form.

My mother in February 2019, I got. letter

From us citizenship and immigration services “Request for Evidence “ the letter says “ you are receiving this notice because US citizenship and immigration services requires additional evidence to process your form.please provide the evidence listed below.

Proof of name change

After marriage my last name change and in my birth certificate my last name is my father name .




Notice said that Evidence must be registered with civil authority.




DNA testing

Notice said you may choose DNA parentage testing ......




Please help me for that ,I have to give Evidence ASAP.




I can provide more letter content if needed.
