My husband is a US citizen (became a citizen in 2015). He has two marriages before (2004-2014) and (2014-2018), and he helped his ex-wives got green cards. We lived together since last year and we got married four months ago, and it is a real marriage. Now, he's going to help me to apply for a green card. It is my first marriage and we are not planning to have kids. He has two kids from the first marriage.
Although our marriage is real, I'm still afraid the officers will question why he again help another woman get a green card and the gap between marriages is short. I hope you can get us some advice on how to provide evidence to approve our marriage. Thank you very much!
I came to the US in 2009 as a visiting scholar (J1) for one year, also came to the US as a student (2014-2017), we met during this time. However, the most recent time I came to the US in 2018 on a B2 visa, and then I changed it to F1.
We don't have much time for traveling, but we do have daily pictures like eating dinners (also with his kids), and we have the same bank account.
