I-130 & i-765

I have few questions:

1. Can I file these forms together or does the I-765 have to go with the I-485??

2. If in the first case, does the fee for the I-485 still apply??

The I-130 can be filed at the same time as the I-485, and the I-765 can be filed with the I-485, so I think you can file them all at the same time.

The I-485 fee always applies, but it covers the fee for the 765, so you don't have to pay that. You do need to pay the I-130 fee seperately though.
