Can I concurrently file I130 and I485?

Hi,

My wife is a legal permanent resident. I am born in India. I am in US in H1B visa.

I noticed today that the wait time for Indians in F2A (Spouse of PR holder) category is "current" under Final action date.

Does it mean I can concurrently file the I130 and I485?
How long will it be before I can get the EAD card?

yes (at least if you file in September or October)

How long will it be before I can get the EAD card?

hard to say, maybe 5-6 months
