I-130 sent to California service center instead of Vermont

Hi,
I am a legal permanent resident staying in New Jersey and I submitted I-130 for my husband. In the receipt I received from USCIS it is mentioned that my case will be handled by California service center. Since I live in New Jersey shouldn't my case be handled by Vermont service center? Is this normal or can I do something about it?

I applied from Texas and service center showed nebraska so i dont think your location matters
