F1-unmarried sons and daughters of US citizens wait times and process within US
Hi
I am on H1b visa and my mother got US citizenship recently after 5 years on PR status .If she applies in the family based immigration in F1-unmarried sons/daughters of US Citizens, how long will it take for me to get my immigration file approved.
As I am from India pls do notify the times taken for the process within the USA or in India.Pls do give some suggestions too...Thanks for everyone in advance
