Sending I-130, I-485, I-864 together

I am sending I-130, I-485, I-864 and I-693 together since my paretns are here.
Checks should be payable to " Department of Homeland Security" for forms
I-130 ($355) and I-485($1010).
But whom should i write a check for form I-864 which has a fee of $70.

That check is made out to US department of state. More than likely you will get the check back. I got my money order that i had sent in with teh affidavit of support back. When i called to inquire why i was told if you are applying for I-485 you do not have to pay teh separate $70.

I would say just send the check in, if you get it back then dont worry.
