Hello,
My sister's family is going for immigrant interview next month in Islamabad, her one daugter is 19 years old and doing 2 years computer course. Her final exams are in December 2010. My sister wants to come with two sons under 21 asap, but her daughter wants to come after her exams. Now my question is, Can she request for extension/separate visa at the time of interview for her daughter? If her daughter gets separate visa how late she can come to USA?. if more than six months does she need another I864?
