Dear Immielp.com,
I am 21 years old and an undocumented Mexican Citizen. My father was a permanent resident of the United States. Unfortunately, he passed away 19 years ago. However, he applied for a SSN for his 4 children and his wife. My family, including, my 2 brothers and my mother, all have a valid SSN that states, "Not Valid For Employment." My oldest brother, Uriel Brito, recently married and now has his own Permanent Resident Card. We have been living in the U.S. for about 11 years now without any criminal actions. I wanted to ask you if you know of any way that my mother, 2 brothers, and myself can apply for residency even though my father has passed away? Is there something we need? Or is it even possible?
I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you in advance for your help.
