I-864 Affidavit of Support and Unemployment

Hi, everyone. I have a very important issue (like everyone here) and I hope you all can help me. I'm currently in the process of getting everything together so my husband and I can file for his green card. Everything is fine except for form I-864 Affidavit of Support. I'm currently unemployed as I am a housewife and student, and I haven't held a job for over two years, consequently, I've never filed taxes. So my question is, do I need proof of non-filing when it comes to providing tax documents? Or am I exempt from having to worry about this because I have been and still am unemployed? Thank you. :-)

1) filing taxes are very important wether working or not.
2) if your spouse works, it might considered as family income..!!!
