Hello All
I was born and raised in India . Currently , I am a Green Card Holder living in USA and I am also a Canadian Citizen . I got married in India in June/2018 & currently my wife is living in India. I have applied for I-130 in USA with priority date Oct/10/2018 & its pending with CSC . As of Oct/28/2019 , USCIS Case Processing for I-130 at CSC are working with Priority Dates of June/28/2019 .
Being a Canadian Citizen , I also applied Permanent Resident Card for my wife & she received Permanent Resident Visa for Canada . Planning to bring my wife from India to Canada in Jan/2020.
Below are my questions.
1. After I-130 is approved and sent to National Visa Center , (By that time my wife will be in Canada) . Can I send an Email to NVC & mention that my wife moved from India to Canada?
2. If so , will NVC will transfer the case from Indian consulate/embassy to Canadian consulate/embassy for Consular Processing?
3. By moving my wife from India to Canada , will there be any complications with I-130 or NVC?
Appreciate your response on the above questions. Please share your experience if anyone has been in my situation.
Thanks in advance....
