Marraige Certificate

Dear sir

Have applied for immigartion for my father , usics asking me to provide
marriage certificate and birth certificate for my father

1) my father married in 1956 and having and marraige is not registered
and my mother is deceased

2) he is not having any birth certificate , we have submitted sworn
affidavit from a megistrate to USVisa centre still they r birth
certificate

Please advice me how to solve this
