My sister who is Citizen of U.S. has sponsored me & my family for Green Card. the case is now documentarily qualified and we are waiting for futher notification from NVC in regard to scheduling the interview with US Consulate.
But my major concern is that whether current rule i.e public charge applicable to our case or not and what would be the type of questions that could be asked for the interview.
