I-130 Visa while spouse is in a country they are not a citizen of
My spouse is an Australian Citizen, and we were married in Australia. If my spouse is now living and working in Japan, but is not a Citizen of Japan, would it be possible to go through the process of submitting an I-130 application and going through Consular Processing in Japan? Or would my spouse need to be located in Australia for this to happen?
