My husband is a US Citizen and filed his I-130 following the instrution to a different office of Immigration , i filed my I-485 the same time with I-864 and I 693 to the adress following the instruction. He got a letter back saying its in progress and they received the fee for the process. I got the whole package back saying we need to add his I 130 into my package too , so we did and sent it back . Now i got the package back again while they didnt receive no fee check for his form which we already paid for .
Question: do we have to pay the fee for the I-130 now again and should i file for the I 765 too or do i have to wait until they accept my I 485 ?
