Marriage under ESTA! Pls help

Hi! I got married under my esta (got in the us on March 1st and got married on May 18)

I filed my papers and they received on August 5th and I’ll have my interview on December 18. No Rfe and I have a lawyer.

im just wondering if someone here got married under esta and can tell me how the interview went!!??

im a little bit scared cause I got here and I was engaged with my boyfriend already but we didn’t planned to getting married during my visit! I mean we called the justice of the piece literally the same morning we got married and I didn’t even have a dress ????????

Hello Valentina. First of all congrats to you and your boyfriend for being newlyweds. Nothing matters if your boyfriend is a US citizen. I came under Esta and got married within 3 months. Didn't expect either. But as long as you both can prove that the marriage is bona fide and not for the purpose of obtaining residency in the US all should be fine. Good luck with your interview.
