want to remarry but we were advice not to !

our question is I was married before to a USA citizen she filed for me in 2005 then the marriage went bad and we were not able to fix our differences.I left and we never had any communication at all till a few month ago, during the time I became father (I love my kid more than anything ) I guess I have bad luck the mother of my child cheated on me I still see my kid everyday during all this time there was someone always there for my a dear friend and confident and we never see each other other way she had her boyfriend and one baby while i was with someone too now that we became single we gave our selfs a chance and things are looking good we want get marry she wants to file for me.going back to my ex I hired a layer to get divorce he was able to locate her in another state and contacted her she was really nasty.our layer found out she file for divorce in 2008 and notify emigration to drop the application our layer also found out that when she file there was a condition that if the marriage fail there was a penalty of 10 years which i did't now now he told us not to get marry or i would get deported for 10 years is that true ? there anything we can do i never left because i did it know ! what should we do? is there any waiver we can file ? or i'm condemn to live in the shadows i'm mot a bad person i came to this country for a better life and be part of it.
First marriage lasted 3 1/2 years ,I had a child with woman B in late 2008,now want to marry my current girlfriend/fiancé .
I married woman A, had a child with woman B, and now I want to marry woman C.
any help and advice will be appreciate.
