I have a neighbor who married a man for Nepal, in 2007, She was in love with him, however, the relationship has fallen apart, he is verbally and emotionally abusive to her, and she is to afraid to ask the questions, she what a divorce, and was wondering how long she had to be married to him, so he doesn't lose his green card, he is in school and his family has a business here in Salt Lake.]
Would you please let me know the time table, I've looked everywhere on the web, but can't seem to find this particular question answered,
Any help would be greatly appreciated, her depression gets worse ever day with the abuse.
