Sponsoring Mom - Whats the best option for us?

I am a green card holder and my sister is a citizen. We would like to sponsor our Mom's green card (Dad just passed away). We obviously want to get her here sooner than later. Does anyone know wait time for getting a family based greencard? And does the wait time differ whether the sponsor is a green card holder or a citizen?

You can't sponsor her.

Only your sister can. It is anywhere from 6 months to 1 year.
