Does Petitioner need to include a copy his G325A form on his stepchild's application
Hello Everyone,
Your inputs will be greatly appreciated.
My questions:
Does the petitioner (US Citizen) need to include a copy of his G325A form on his application (I-130) for his step child who is a minor (8 years old)?
How many G325A should be submitted per form? example I-130, I-485?
Some say 4 copies each, but the new version of the G325A only has 1 information page and the instructions on the I-130 didnt put any numeric figure, is it safe to assume that 1 copy for each form is enough?
