Received Welcome letter for F4 category in Nov, 19

Priority Date: 10 June 2005
Current Visa Bulletin (Nov 2019): Filling Date -> 15 June, 2005 . Final Action Date -> 1 Nov, 2004

I Just received a welcome letter by Email, stating Case Number and Invoice Number
I logged in to CEAC Portal and Paid the Fees
I am planning to submit docs and necessary forms in a couple of months

Can anybody tell me
How many time will NVC take to schedule my appointment for interview to US Embassy, Mumbai

Does NVC wait for Final Action dates for my priority date or they can schedule my appointment as soon as I complete the 6 steps

Hello...i also fall under the same category...try to submit the documents asap...i started the paperwork in april 19 and by October 21 finally received a mail that the submitted documents are ok...till then waiting for the interview letter...
