My mother in law is a green card holer for 10 years now.she continuously stayed in US for 4.5 years and after that due to some personal reasons she had to be in India for 1.5 years.After that she was coming back and forth. she stays in India for about 8 moths and comes back.Now we want to apply for her citizenship.Can we apply for her citizenship?Will she face any issues since she had stayed in INdia for about 1.5 years continuosly? ANy advice will be appreciated and Its very urgent.
