I am from Delhi. After paying the IV visa fee, where I will have to submit form DS230 at US embassy new delhi or to NVC?

Mumbai and Chennai are appointment posts but New Delhi is Standard review post.

Therefore, you would have to submit Form DS-230 to the Embassy.

Thanks a lot! other wise I was wondering that my visa fee is under process that has been maid online but I did not choose any agent, so I was confused whether I will have to send the DS230 to NVC!
