I-693 medical form

Hello,
i am filing thru spouse, I-130 and I-485 Concorrently . my question is:


i filled out the I-693, do i need to do medical before and file it together or have to wait for them to ask me.

if i have to file them blank or filled by Doctor...can i use my primary physician to that..!!

also: uncertain if need 6 or 7 photo's..
