I-130 for Parents

Hello,

I am applying 1-130 for my parents. They are currently living outside the country. I have few question if anyone can help answer.

1. Do I have to fill out 325a form for my parents and one for my self?.
2. After submission how much time does it take to get a response from USCIS?
3. Do I have to fill out any form besides I-130 right now?
4. Does anyone have a sample cover letter for 1-130 based on parents informaton?

My parents have pending I-485, employment based, long pending since 2007. I just gotten my citizenship and I want to petition them. Is it okay to have two pending adjustment of status applications? their EADs are still valid until 2011.
