I am a US Citizen marrying an Indian who is living in Bangalore. Marriage is in January 2020. What are my best options of getting my wife quickly to US? Is fiancee K1 and Spouse K3 the 2 types? Which is better to apply?

K3 is obsolete. If you petition a spouse they will get a CR1/IR1 immigrant visa directly.

If you're not married yet, the quickest route is to use the fiance k-1 visa using form I-129F. If you apply after getting married, the only option is to use the CR1/IR1 visa using the form I-130.
