I-130 Time line for a spouse

Hi!
I filed my I-130 for my spouse and received my confirmation in March 2010.
My spouse living in other country- should she also receive any confirmation in her mail?
How much time in weeks or month will it take for my spouse to get the Visa call?
I am getting all anxious when will my spouse be able to come here, every single day feels like a year now.

Can some one give me idea about how much time will it take for my spouse to come to USA and or to get her the Visa papers in the foreign country?

I want to know the time line. Also tell me if PPC process should be started by its own or should we wait till any such letter comes home?
How does it work in Mumbai?
What kind of fees do we have to pay now after receiving the I-130 acceptance and who has to pay the spouse in USA or the one out side USA?

It feels frustrating to wait to see my case not moving since a long time. Do you know when my case will move further, with the fact that the I-797C Notice of action was dated begining of March 2010. I applied for i-130 for my spouse to come on Green card in USA. I feel very sad and depressed with out my spouse.

tell me are you a green card holder or a usa citizen?

if you are a green card holder than the current cutoff processing date for your spouse is 01Jan2009. so if your priority date is before that than you are due for a visa shortly.

the cutoff dates are moving really fast. in the past two months it has moved nearly 19 months.

my case has been approved and ive been given priority date as well. now my priority date is 7 months away............. cant wait now..........
