fastest way to sponsor sibling and his family

I would like to sponsor my brother and his family from India to US. What I know that sponsoring siblings takes 12-15 years but immediate relatives like parents can migrate quickly. If I sponsor my mother (72 years old), then how soon my mother can migrate to US? Can she sponsor my brother right away once she enter US?

Will she be able to sponsor my brother with his family ( brother 45yrs, Brother’s wife 40 yrs, Brother’s Daughter 15yrs, Brother’s son 7 yrs)?

If my mother can’t sponsor brother’s family but just the my brother then how long my brother has to wait before he can sponsor his family?

If my brother can’t sponsor my brother with his family then due to the fact that his kids will cross 18 yr of age so what will be easiest way to get it done?

If my mother sponsor my brother, how long will it take for my brother to migrate to US?

If and once your parents arrive here, if they are LPR, they cannot file for a son/daughter over 21 and married. She will have to wait until she becomes a citizen to file for your brother. Your brother's spouse and family will emigrate and get eligibility together.

So once mother migrate to US as LPR then I think she has to wait 3 year before she can apply for citizenship which will take another 6-12 months to become citizen. Once she is US citizen then she can sponsor my brother and his family (Brother’s wife 40 yrs, Brother’s Daughter 15yrs, Brother’s son 7 yrs). What I foresee that before my mother become citizen it will be 2024-25. By that time my brother's daughter will cross 18 yrs of age. At that situation can brother's daughter be left behind or she will also covered by sponsorship and migrate to US with family?

What happen if petitioner of the sponsorship die before candidate migrate to US?

There are many variables at work here. Your mother will not become a US citizen in 3 years unless she marries a US citizen. In addition, processing for children over the age of 21 takes a while. You can see the estimated times on the USCIS website. You should make a long-term plan to see how you can ultimately sponsor your family.
