US born citizen outside of the country, can he apply for parents?

I am a US Citizen born in US currently outside the country. Can I apply for my parents? What is the requirements?

You can apply, but it's got issues with the Affidavit of Support (I-864) if you are not going to reside in the US.

You can apply as long as you're currently a US citizen. The issue will be a slight requirement for you to prove domicile in the I-864 affidavit of support. You probably have the proof already for that, but still check the requirements to be sure.
