I-130 for brothers

Does any one using this forum knows how long it takes to process form I-130 for u.s citizen siblings. I am planning to File petition ( form I 130) under family based 4th preference category for my brother.I am a u.s citizen originally from Bangladesh.I assume it takes many years. I just want to know if any one in this forum has real life experience in this category. Will appreciate any comments/ suggestion.

As of Novemeber, the F4 (where your brother falls) preference is January 2007 (assuming he is also Bangladeshi, if for some reason he has Indian citizenship, it's another three years further back). He can expect to wait 13 years.
