hello when i look at the process time on uscis website can you give me idea what it means
I-130 U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 5 Months
I-130 U.S. citizen filing for an unmarried Child over 21 February 13, 2009
I-130 U.S. citizen filing for a married child over 21 January 23, 2009
I-130 U.S. citizen filing for a brother or sister January 16, 2009
I-130 Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21November 05, 2008
I-130 Permanent resident filling for an unmarried son or daughter over 21 February 27, 2009
so what does the time frame mean this is from Vermont
after the priority date so lets say for example us citizen for brother or sister is jan 16th 2009 so means they be eligible for visa if there petition was before 16th 2009?
so its like this i will bring my father on i130 as immediate relative so its faster for me to petition all my siblings also then waiting for him to come here and file for them? based on those process times?
