  • I-130 help needed (parents & siblings)

    Hello.
I just got my citizenship certificate last Thursday (04/29/10). I am 28 years old. (I am planning to stay back in my country. In this moment, I am in the US.)
Now I want to file I-130 applications for both of my parents as well as my sister who is over 21 and my brother who is 18. Can I file for them even if I don't live in the US?
For my parents, I believe I have to file separately. Do I have to file I-864 along with I-130 applications?
For my younger brother who is 18 now; do I have to file I-130 separately?
I will be very glad if you can help me by answering. Thank you in advance.

You can't file for them if you don't live in the U.S and not planning to stay in the U.S. The whole idea of the family based green card is family reunion. If you are already living with (or near) them, what is the point of applying their greencard?
