I am planning to apply for my Mom's GC. She does not have birth certificate, so I got non-availability certificate. I saw on immi hlep that we need to affidavit from 2 persons along with non-availability. So I am planning to get from my grandmother and my grandmother's brother, but they both cannot read or write. Can I still get it from them and have fingerprints on it?
