I-130 approved. However sent to NVC for cousellor processing instead of AOS (i-485)

It seems you've had a misunderstanding. The I-130 is a petition for a visa for those spouses who don't live in the US. If your spouse was already in the US, then you would go straight to filing the I-485 (you don't need a visa because she's already in the US). Who advised you to file for a cr1/ir1 visa?--Good luck--

If you filed for a stand alone I-130 and it was approved you can now file I-485Filing from Alexandria, VA USC Married to b2
