Hello Guys,
I have a specific question with regards to the filing fee for Form I-765.
HISTORY:
I applied for and received EAD in May 2006 after my undergraduate studies (OPT). The EAD expired in May 2007. I started my graduate studies but did not apply for EAD upon completion.
RIGHT NOW:
I will be filing Form I-765 concurrently with Form I-485 based on eligibility as a spouse of a US citizen.
MY QUESTION:
My question is: Based on my prior EAD in 2006, do I need to pay the $340 fee for Form I-765 or should this fee be disregarded since I am filing under a new category and also filing concurrently with Form I-485?
