Hello,
We are US citizen and my wife is applying for her mothers GC.
Got I130 approved and got notice to pay AOS fee $70. Paid the fee of $70 on 18th March and emailed choice of agent form (we selected ourselves to represent). Got acknowledged for the choice of agent.
April 3 2010, got notice to pay the Application processing fee for $400 and was paid on 13th April.
Now when I login and check the status at their website, I was instructed to download the affidavit of support (I864 and supporting documents) as next step. I have filled them out, but I haven't heard back from NVC yet as where to send. Shouldn't I be getting the I864 instructions from them? which would include the forms (though I have it downloaded online) and where to send it?
Reading forums and the process involved my understanding is that only after sending the I864 they will send the instruction package, or did I misunderstood?
