Family based and employment based simultaneous petition
Hello, my employer had filed an employment based green card petition for me in EB2 in 2016. This year my sister got US Citizenship, she wishes to file a family based green card petition for me as well. I was wondering if its allowed for a person to run family and employment based petitions simultaneously.

From what I read, yes, you can have more than 1 at the same time.
For brothers/sisters of USC, the wait is at least 13 years and people born in some countries (like Mexico) for more than 20 years.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center

Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
