Hi,

I am applying for Greencard for my mom. I am a US citizen.
Can I submit my OCI card [it has my parents' [ name] as evidence of my family relationship?

You need your birth certificate.

Isn't OCI a government-issued document?
Also, I have hospital records. But not in BC format. would that work?
