I am currently in US on K3 visa, i had an interview for the GC and they have asked me to provide more documents within 30 days, here is the text from the letter.
"You are required to submit evidence of a bona fide marriage and shared life together. This evidence may include, but is not limited to:
1-Property deeds, lease or rental agreement
2-Bills in both names
3-Joint bank accounts
4-Insurance Policies
5-Receipts for purchases made together
6-Letters, cards, envelop that show you are receiving mail at your joint address
7-Any other evidence that establishes your marital union"
I just came to US on K3 visa and i don't have a ssn or driving license yet, also me and my wife are living in her parent's house and we both are students so we cannot sign lease either. We don't have any kid yet.
Please advice what should we do now? What documents should we provide now?
