Hi, I am filing for GC through marriage to a USC. I work as a scientist and received money as royalties last year and got form 1099-Misc. One of the requirements of form i-864 is to attach a copy of form 1099. I can't seem to find my form 1099-Misc but I do have a payment invoice for the royalties income from my employer. Would it be ok to send this instead of the actual 1099-Misc form?
