Need Police clearance and Medical while submitting 130/485

Hello,

I am a citizen and just submitted I130+485-AOS for my mother.

Do i need to submit medical/police clearance or i can wait till i get asked for it

Also can i get PCC for india from the consulate as my mother is here now ?

As a petitioner, you are not required to submit those documents unless specifically asked for them. Your mother will need to get that before her interview at the embassy.

Thank you! She is already in US and i am thinking this is applicable to AOS or CP both
