I am an Indian citizen came to USA on fiancee visa and got married there in USA in May 2009 to american citizen . after 10 months i came to India
as he sent me to visit family and than i had my return ticket on May 5th 2010 but my husband called my brother just 2 days before on May 2nd and said that he doesnt want to continue this marriage and dont send your sister back to USA and he cancelled my ticket without prior notification and said that if she comes will have no place to stay. threatning me to start paperwork for divorce.
I have green card frm 11/23/2009 - 11/23/2010 please tell me can i take any action from India , file alimony case from here?
Can My husband take divorce in USA without my knowledge?
Please tell me what should i do ??
